Event Schedule: Packet Pick Up Opens @ 9:30 AM, Race Starts @ 11:00 AM, Awards @ 11:45 AM
Race Time: 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 1, 2025, Rain or Shine, race day registration availability depends on our registration numbers. We sell out at 650.
Race Location: Hillsborough Municipal Building, 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough, NJ
Packet Pickup: Yes, you can pick up for a friend. You must take the hoodie size that you specified when registering.
- Pre-Race Packet Pick Up TBD @ Flounder Brewing at 2 Clerico Lane in Hillsborough. Enter the brewery and come upstairs.
- Monday, January 1st at the race site starting at 9:30 AM. We will be in the main multipurpose room in the municipal building.
Parking: Limited but at Municipal Building. Please carpool if you can.
Water Stops: There are no water stops on the course.
Bathrooms: Indoor bathrooms are available for all participants. There is a set of bathrooms on either side of the multipurpose room.
Bag Check: There is no bag check as parking is close by.
Food Bank: While many of you donated directly when registering, you are still welcome to bring canned goods to donate to the Hillsborough Food Bank.
Course: Click here (USATF Sanctioned Course & Grand Prix Event). There will be a lead bike and sweep walker. All turns are marked with volunteer course marshals to direct you. Clocks will be at mile 1 and mile 2.

Virtual Runners Results and Pictures: Virtual participant packets will be mailed 12/27. Anyone who registers or transfers to that event after that date may not receive their package before January 1st. Click the purple Submit Virtual Results button on this page. You must be registered in the virtual event to log results. Upload pictures here. You must be logged into your RSU account and registered for the race to upload pictures.

Awards: All finishers will receive a ribbon. In addition, we have a total of 92 awards. We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd Overall Male, Female and Nonbinary awards. Overall winners will also receive a gift card from Athletifreak. We have awards three deep, in 5-year increments, from Under 9 to Over 90! And we have male and female awards for the first Master (over 40) Finishers. Results can be found at compuscore.com post-race.
The awards ceremony will be at 11:45.
Benefactors: Race proceeds will benefit Project Graduation for Hillsborough High School Class of 2025 with a donation also being made to Hillsborough’s Rock Steady Boxing for those impacted by Parkinson's.
Switch to Virtual: Should you wish to change to virtual participation and upload results on race day, you will need to follow these instructions to officially change events. If uploading results is not important to you, you can just pick up your race swag and run virtually without doing anything. If you switch to virtual and need your hoodie shipped, please make an $10 donation and email courtney-newman@comcast.net your shipping info. For last minute changes that require shipping, we cannot promise it will make it there by New Year's Day. Virtual participant packets will be mailed 12/27. Anyone who registers or transfers to that event after that date may not receive their package before January 1st.
Still Time to Fundraise or Donate: Thank you to all who have started a fundraising page or supported another participant's page. It truly makes a difference for HHS Class of 2025 and those in our community impacted by Parkinson's. Plenty of time to still fundraise or donate! Participants who raise $100 and would like a registration refund should email courtney-newman@comcast.net.
Start: There will only be one start that includes walkers and runners. We ask that everyone please line up according to where they expect to finish in the crowds. Walkers should be at the back. Please be aware that participants loop the municipal building and will be crossing through the start line again so those at the back of the race should be mindful not to get in the way of lead runners.
Dogs & Strollers: As a USATF sanctioned Grand Prix event, dogs on leashes and strollers are not permitted in the race.
