Basically, we do not issue refunds, but please read the fine print...

Wolf Pack Adventures will issue refunds within two weeks of the original date of a canceled event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is due to acts of nature, such as forest fires, pandemics, inclement weather, flooding, or wildlife concerns. Deferrals will be issued for events canceled due to natural disasters. No refunds will be issued to participants who withdraw or do not attend an event. No race "swag" will be mailed or held for participants who do not attend an event. Participants may transfer to another event. No refunds will be issued to participants who transfer to other events. We understand that everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community. Therefore, we will allow injured runners to defer their registration to a different race or event, to the following year, or to another runner. For planning purposes, we cannot offer refunds to injured runners.

No refunds will be issued for poor trail conditions.

Please do not ask for a refund unless we cancel and do not reschedule the event.

Shirts are not included with registration; however, you can purchase shirts in the race store. Shirts are delivered via Amazon Prime to your address on file. Shirts take 5-7 days to be delivered. You do not receive shirts at the event. 

Every participant receives a custom race medal (Pack Pass members receive one race medal per Pass year), a custom race lanyard, a custom race bib, a custom race sticker, a gel, fizz, tangy candy, aid station support, a certified course, and recorded/published results.

There are portable restrooms at the start/finish area and flush restrooms in the nearby campground. 

9 am-9:45 am near the entrance to the main Caesar Creek campground (start/finish). You do not need to arrive before 9 am. There will be plenty of free parking and time to get everyone checked in.

You can register online via RunSignup or with cash. Please bring exact change/cash.

The finish line closes at 4 pm sharp. All distances have until 2 pm to complete the course(s).

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome at all Wolf Pack events. 

Typically, races are held in rain, sleet, snow, hail, drought, or shine; however, if we need to cancel, we will send an email, display a pop-up on our website (www.wpacktrailrunning.com), publish an Instagram post and a Facebook post, and announce the cancellation in our Strava group.
