Race day packet pick up is intended for out-of-town participants and is located inside the south entrance of the Davenport Grand Hotel, near the start line at the corner of Washington and Main.
There is no day-of-race registration or transfers.
You may have someone pick up your packet for you. Don’t forget, plastic bags are out of fashion! Bring your own tote to conveniently carry your race bib and shirt home.
RACE START:
All courses start in downtown Spokane, near the corner of Washington and Main. See Course Maps for details. There are no early or late starts. All races are chip timed.

8:00 AM 10K
9:00 AM Half Marathon
PARKING:
City parking meters are free on Sundays. Additionally, there are several pre-pay lots in the downtown area near the start and finish lines. More information on parking in downtown Spokane.. The distance between the start line near the Davenport Grand and the finish line near the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena is about 1 mile; you can walk through Riverfront Park to get between the start and finish.
AID STATIONS / NUTRITION
Water Aid Stations, Water Aid Stations with Gel, and Porta Potties are indicated on each course map. Please see the Course Map for details on Water and Gel Stations for each race distance.
BAG DROP
Bag drop is available between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM. Please look for the moving truck with the “bag check” banner near the start line. We provide a drop bag for you. Claim your drop bag near the finish line on Howard. Bag pick up is available at the finish line beginning at approximately 9:15 AM. Look for the moving truck with the “bag check” banner.
Please do not leave valuables in bags! The Spokane Marathon is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
AWARDS
All finishers receive a custom, race-specific medal at the finish line.
For the marathon, half marathon, and 10K, acrylic awards will be given to the top three overall male and female, and to the top master male and female. The first finisher in each age group will receive a commemorative glass with our logo and a beer from Big Barn Brewing Company. (We’ll also have a non-alcoholic fizzy beverage for the youngest age groups and as an option for other first place age group finishers.) The top three finishers in each age group will receive ribbons. For the marathon, half marathon and 10K, the first place overall male and female receive a complementary entry into next year’s race. The top relay teams in the all female, all male, and co-ed divisions will receive a gift basket from Papa Murphy’s Pizza.
