SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
We are excited to announce that in 2025 we will be renovating a place that has been donated to the ministry to open the Women’s facility in Crowley, La. Your sponsorship of The Beauty for Ashes Women’s Way 5K will help fund our vision of opening a 12-month Christian based, residential care facility for women. As a sponsor, you are helping provide a safe environment for women to find freedom in Christ, to heal and to be restored in a safe and supportive environment. Empowering women and changing lives. For all donations of any amount a mention of your company will be posted on our Facebook page.
SILVER SPONSORSHIP - $250.00+, business and individual sponsors will receive your logo or name on
“Race Day” participant t-shirts. You’ll also be listed on our FB page, the race registration website and featured on our VIP list in our sponsorship brochure that will be placed in every runner bag. You will also receive two free race registrations.
GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $500.00+, business and individual sponsors will receive your logo or name on
“Race Day” participant t-shirts. Your logo or name will also be featured on our FB page, the race registration website and featured on our VIP list in our sponsorship brochure that will be placed in every runner bag. You will also receive three free race registrations.
PLANTINUM SPONSORSHIP - $1,000+, business and individual sponsors will receive your logo or name on “Race Day” participant t-shirts. Your logo or name will also be featured on our FB page, the race registration website and featured on our VIP list in our sponsorship brochure that will be placed in every runner bag. You will also receive four free race registrations. The first two platinum sponsors will be featured as a sponsor of a water station.
Lastly, the TOP SPONSOR, in addition to receiving all the above benefits, will have their logo as the largest logo on the “Race Day” participant t-shirts, will be given the centerfold of the VIP sponsorship brochure, and will be named as the official sponsor for the entire race. In addition, the individual or business representative will be afforded the opportunity to present the race awards and address the participants from the microphone at the end of the race.
