PACKET PICK UP AUTHORIZATION FORM
PACKET PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
All participants are required to pick up their race packet; bib number and timing device during packet pick-up at the Houston Methodist Health & Fitness Expo.
*THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP* - Marathon, Half Marathon or 10K unless purchased
You must present your photo identification at packet pick-up to receive your bib number and timing device or the individuals you may be representing.
Bib numbers will not be distributed without your photo identification.
LIMITED TO 5 PACKETS – Expect delays
If you are unable to pick up your packet in person during regular Expo hours, you can make arrangements for someone else to pick up your race packet. That person is required to present the Authorization Form during packet pickup.
