Once all of the runners have passed, you'll help clean up, which includes picking up cups, taking down and stacking tables, bagging garbage and recycling, etc.

2. CHEERLEADER - Get Up, get Excited and Keep them Moving!! Cheer them on, saying "Good Job!!," Keep Going!!" and "You Got This!!" will be really inspiring and greatly appreciated!!!

3. RUNNER HYDRATION - When runners pass by, SHOUT what you're holding, USE YOUR OUTSIDE VOICE!!!!!!! Always wear your gloves and hold the cup at the bottom, pass it to your runner..be sure to continually pick-up those discarded cups!!
