Yes, we provide a complimentary souvenir race medal and a custom race lanyard, along with a custom race sticker and bib. Our medals are designed specifically for each event or series and serve more as a collectible keepsake rather than a heavy burden.

Every participant receives a custom souvenir race medal (Pack Pass members receive one race medal per Pass year), a custom race bib, a custom race sticker, a gel, fizz, tangy candy, aid station support, a certified course, and recorded/published chip-timed results.

You can park for free across from the start/finish area at the West Yellowstone City building.

Race shirts are not included with registration; however, a variety of designs/colors are available for purchase for $25 in the race store (race swag). Shirts will be sent via Amazon Prime to your address on file. You do not pick up shirts at the event. Shirts take about 5-7 business days to arrive at your address on file.

Basically, we do not issue refunds, but please read the fine print...

Wolf Pack Adventures will issue refunds within two weeks of the original date of a canceled event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is due to acts of nature, such as forest fires, pandemics, inclement weather, flooding, or wildlife concerns. Deferrals will be issued for events canceled due to natural disasters. No refunds will be issued to participants who withdraw or do not attend an event. No race "swag" will be mailed or held for participants who do not attend an event. Participants may transfer to another event. No refunds will be issued to participants who transfer to other events. We understand that everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community. Therefore, we will allow injured runners to defer their registration to a different race, event, or the following year, or to another runner. For planning purposes, we cannot offer refunds to injured runners or runners facing changing circumstances, such as moving or changing health conditions.

No refunds will be issued for poor trail conditions.

Please do not ask for a refund unless we cancel and do not reschedule the event.
