The course follows an equal mix of wide and smooth dirt running trails, winding paved running paths, and paved roads through the most scenic sections of Cherry Creek State Park.
Seven aid stations with water and Skratch will be available approximately every 2 miles. Gels will be available at miles 6.5 and 10.
On-Course Timing Points will be located at the 2.5, 6.5, and 10 mile aid stations. Split times and finish times will post live online as runners pass those checkpoints. Results can be viewed at https://racingunderground.racetecresults.com
The course is as flat as it is scenic, with a total elevation gain of just 291 feet spread out over the 13.1 mile course. You will follow the banks of Cherry Creek, Windmill Creek, and Cottonwood Creek.
Toilets will be available at the start/finish and on course at approximately 0.75 miles, 2 miles, 8.5 miles, 9 miles, and 10.5 miles.
