To ensure that the race is safe and enjoyable for all participants, we do have a few guidelines we ask that all participants abide by:

• No pets
• No bicycles
• No skates
• No outside alcohol

Please note: selfie-sticks, balloons, frisbees, balls, bicycles, skateboards, skates, hoverboards, heely skate shoes, glass containers, straws, whistles or other items that could injure animals or people are not allowed on Zoo grounds. Strollers ARE welcome.

Costume Restrictions

Costumes are welcomed but not required. Adults can join in the fun and wear costumes, but we ask that they be family-friendly (not scary). For your safety, please keep in mind that this is an evening race, and while paths are lighted, visibility could be an issue if you choose to wear masks for other excessive costuming.

For the safety and security of all guests, race bibs must be worn on the front side and over any costumes, remaining visible at all times.
