Welcome to Race Week! You have trained hard and are ready to toe the Start Line. Please read through this Athlete Guide as it will contain important information for you to make your race experience smooth.
PACKET PICK UP
Due to the unique nature of this point to point course, we recommend picking up your packet prior to race morning.
Q: Can someone else pick up my packet for me?
A: Yes! If you can send them your unique QR Code or picture of your ID that would be super helpful.

SHUTTLES
We have again partnered with TARTA to provide your race morning transportation to both the Half Marathon Start Line and the Quarter Marathon Start Line from Downtown Toledo.
It is best practice to arrive earlier than you think if you will be parking downtown and catching a bus to the start.
- Buses will run from 5:30 - 6:30 am. Please be in line by 6:00 am.
- The pick up location is the corner of Washington and St. Clair
- There will be buses going to the Quarter Start and Half Start PLEASE make sure you get on the correct bus We will have a member of our Race Day Team managing the buses and letting you know which one will be going to the Quarter and which one will be going to the Half Start Line.
Half Start Line Location:
Broadway and Conant (Bus Drop Off will be at E. Wayne and Gibbs)
Portajohns will be available at the Start Line.
Quarter Start Line Location:
Fort Miami Elementary School (2501 River Road Maumee, OH)
Restrooms will be available inside Fort Miami School beginning at 5:30 am until 8:30 am.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE
5:30 am - Race Day Packet Pick Up begins
5:30 am - Shuttles begin leaving Downtown to Start Lines
6:30 am - Race Day Packet Pick Up ends and last shuttles leave for start lines
7:00 am - RACE START TIME
7:30 am - After Party begins in Hensville
*Overall Awards for all races will be presented by the Race Director on stage once official results have been received by the timing crew.
Tentative times for Overall Awards Presentation will be 8:30 am for the Quarter and 9:15 am for the Half
COURSE TIME LIMITS
Quarter Marathon: 2 Hours
Half Marathon: 3.5 Hours
PARKING
There is plentiful parking in Downtown Toledo. There are many surface lots and parking garages where fees may apply but street parking is generally free on Sundays. Please park responsibly and legally.
