If I registered after the T-shirt deadline, can I get a shirt on race day?

There may be extra shirts at the packet pickup area in the Aquarium AFTER the race. Please stop in following the race to check.

Can I push a stroller in the race?

Yes- we just ask that you start towards the end of the group to ensure the safety of all.

Are children permitted to participate in the 5K?

Registered children (ages 3-12) can participate in the 5K run or walk and must be accompanied by an adult (18 and over). Children riding in a stroller are free.

How should I wear my race BIB?

To ensure accurate results and photography, your bib must be worn on the front of your torso on the outermost layer. Any modifications to your bib may result in inaccurate or missing results (folding, putting on your leg, pinning to your back, etc).

How do I get there and where do I park?

You MUST park in the Zoo's Anthony Wayne Trail parking lot, located at 2 Hippo Way, Toledo, OH 43609. From there, if you are participating in the 5K or Kids' Fun Run, you will need to cross the pedestrian bridge to the south side of the Zoo. Zoo For All Walk participants will stay on the north side of the Zoo. Access to the Broadway lot will be blocked with road closures.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your race to budget yourself enough time to get settled at the starting line.

Where are the starting lines?

The starting line for the 5K Run or Walk is just outside the Broadway Gates on the south side of the Zoo. The starting line for the Kids' Fun Run is located at the Splash Pad. The starting line for the Zoo For All Walk is near the Polar bear fountain on the north side of the Zoo.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

When and where can I view results?

Results will be available online for the 5K once runners begin crossing the finish line on race day. You can scan the QR code on you BIB or visit the results tab on the RunSignUp page.
