PACE GUIDES
Amazing fellow walkers and runners have volunteered their time to "lead" the 2-mile, 5 mile and 9-mile training runs.
Each guide will share their intended average pace in order to help guide you along the way!
Our goal is to have pace guides at the following intervals in each distance:
<8 min/mile avg
8-9 min/mile avg
9-10 min/mile avg
10-11 min/mile avg
11-12 min/mile
12+
We encourage you to run with friends both new and old as you enjoy the beauty of our city parks and Greenways on the route.
If you see new faces, be sure to say hello and invite them to join you!
(We were ALL "new" at one time or another!)

No experience in pacing required, just a positive and welcoming attitude.
This event is to check in with training and to socialize. The event itself will be UNTIMED but you do you! Wear those watches (or not). Push the pace. Or not. Do whatever
