Swim Course - Brought to you by the YMCA and Idaho River Sports

All distances start on the Beach at the North End of Quinn's Pond in Ester Simplot Park. Super- Sprint Participants will complete 1 lap of the abbreviated swim course, Highlighted in Blue.

Sprint and Olympic Participants follow the course marked in red with Olympic athletes completing two laps of the course. 

The Olympic Course requires participants to exit the water and re-enter the water at the start of their second lap.
