Info about Fins
You will need fins for this swim clinic. Our recommendation on all-purpose swim training fins for people who are new to swim training or have been away from it for a long time.
Best fins have two key features:
- They are all silicone. The silicone make them more flexible than many other training fins. The flexibility makes them less likely to trigger foot and calf cramps.
- They have a blade that is short enough to swim with a six-beat kick but long enough to provide a generous assist when learning & performing drills.
Swim fins should fit snugly. Not so tight that it's difficult to get them on, but tight enough that your foot doesn't slide around in them. Basically, they should fit like gloves for your feet.
