Packet Pick-Up:

We will be holding packet pickup at the Ridgefield Bicycle Company ONLY on Saturday, June 1 from 9am-3pm. Do not forget to bring your ID - no exceptions!  THERE WILL BE VERY LIMITED RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP beginning at 6am. Please do your best to pick up your packet before Sunday.

Event Cancellation/Modification Policy:

Race will be held rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, community disaster, viral pandemic, or other unforeseen emergencies, the Race Directors, in concert with local officials, will make the final decision based on safety of the athletes, spectators, vendors, volunteers and other affiliated with the event.  That decision may include cancellation or modification of the course.  As the costs of the event have already been paid, there will be NO REFUNDS in the event of cancellation or modification due to events beyond the control of the Race organizers.  

Parking:

There is NO PARKING AT MARTIN PARK/GREAT POND.  Parking is available at Pond's Edge Professional Park, 901 Ethan Allen Hwy (approximately 0.25 miles from the intersection with Great Pond Road). Please do not park in front of the gym or urgent care facility.  ***If you ride your bike from parking to transition with your backpack full of your gear, please be careful that the straps do not get tangled in your wheels. Please wear your helmet anytime you are on the bike***

Transition:

The transition area open at 5:00 am.  Bike rack positioning will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please limit yourself to one slot and be efficient with your use of space. The transition area will be monitored by volunteers and the Ridgefield Police Department throughout the race and until you pick up your belongings. Athletes and official volunteers only in the transition area. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REMOVE YOUR BIKE FROM THE TRANSITION AREA UNTIL ALL BIKERS HAVE FINISHED THE BIKE COURSE.  Please note that there is a single exit and entrance to the transition area.
