Are the courses certified?
Due to construction on the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church Parish this year, we have changed the courses slightly, and they will not be certified this year. They will be accurately measured.
Are there finisher medals?
YES! All finishers will receive custom medals.
How do I pick up my bib number and race packet?
Packet pickup will be available Friday, September 29th between 5:30-7:00pm at Fleet Feet located at 2452 E 146th St, Carmel, IN 46033,
You can pick up your bib and race packet on race day from 7:30 -8:30am
Can a friend pick up my race packet?
YES! Please have them present your race confirmation at the time of pick-up.
If I am not able to participate, are refunds, deferrals, or transfers available?
We do not offer refunds or deferrals. Please know that your race fee is going to an amazing cause, and thousands of Hamilton County residents in need will get the medical, dental, and vision care they need because of your gift. Thank you.
Will there be a rain date?
No, there is no rain date.
Are there any age limits to participation?
We welcome participants of all ages! Youth under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are baby joggers, strollers, roller blades, or bicycles permitted in the Run for Wellness?
Participants running with baby joggers or strollers are welcome, but we ask that they start from the back of the pack to allow other participants to clear the starting line first.
Participants are not permitted on bicycles or roller blades.
Can I run with my dog?
For the safety of all participants and to protect the private property of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and School, homeowners in the Village of Mt. Carmel, dogs are not permitted in the Run for Wellness.
