Headphones

• Participants who choose to use headphones should remain aware of their surroundings at all times. Please ensure you can hear race officials, other participants, and emergency announcements.

Bathrooms

 Portable Toliets will be available on site for participants, spectators, and volunteers to utilize.

• • Single-occupancy and ADA compliant facilities with lockable occupant stalls.

Strollers

• If a participant plans on using a stroller, baby jogger, and/or similar device, that participant should start the event in the back of the runners and walkers.
• The reason for this recommendation is that the inclusion of strollers in races increases the potential for injury to race participants and children.

Dogs

• Dogs should not be brought to this event for the safety of all participants and volunteers.

Additonal Rules

1. NO horse-play on the track.
2. No food on the track.
3. Roller/in-line skates, pets, etc. are prohibited
4. Individuals under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
5. Park premises must be cleared by 9:30 AM.
6. All bottles and trash must be put in the trash bins.
7. Walker etiquette: Runners will approach walkers quickly.
8. Please be courteous; move over to the sides of the roads when runners approach and let them have the right of way and quickest way past.
