You may transfer your Tulip Time Run entry to a different distance including virtual if that event is not sold out

Here are the instructions on how to transfer to a different distance including virtual

Sign in to your RunSignUp account
Click Upcoming Events
Click on Manage Registration 
Click on Transfer Event

There may be additional fees if you are transferring to a more expensive event or the price has increased since you initially registered.
There is no refund for cancelling all together
