Qualified emergency medical professionals are available throughout the event to provide assistance and will be stationed at the start/finish line. 

Only pre-registered that successfully complete the registration and payment processes seven weekdays before the race are guaranteed a free race t-shirt. 

The 5K is 3.1 miles. There is a 10-mile and 23-mile gravel ride.

Yes, but there will be a water station on the course as well as at the finish line.

The race is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, such as in a raincoat or hat. Umbrellas can pose a safety hazard to others, so please do not bring them.
