Please note: You will not receive a confirmation email when making your selection. The selection tool is to gather the information and we will process your selection once you click submit and see the green checkmark.

The Greater Chicago Food Depository, Chicago’s food bank is at the center of a network of more than 700 partner organizations and programs – food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, mobile distributions and other partners – working to bring food, dignity and hope to our neighbors across Chicago and Cook County. In recent weeks responding to the coronavirus pandemic, the Food Depository’s network of food pantries and similar programs has served an average of almost 120 percent more people in need.

100% of your registration fee will be turned into a tax-deductible donation to The Greater Chicago Food Depository who will administer all proceeds. You will receive a email directly from the Greater Chicago Food Depository in December with your official gift receipt. The Food Depository is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. If you choose Option 2: Refund - No further action is required.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

On average it takes 10-15 business days but some banks may take longer. Please allow up to 25 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING FEE ASSOCIATED WITH THE REFUND?

The processing fee associated with the refund is the original processing fee you paid to register for the event. We are not charging any additional fees but we are unable to refund the original processing fee you paid.

MY CREDIT CARD HAS EXPIRED, HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund can only be posted to the same card you used to register. We recommend reaching out to your bank to locate those funds after the refund has been processed. For more information on this process, please click here.

WHICH CREDIT CARD DID I USE TO REGISTER?

You may find that information on your email confirmation receipt that you received when you first registered for the event.

WILL THERE BE A VIRTUAL EVENT? 

We will miss seeing you in person on Thanksgiving but we hope you join us virtually by participating in our Life Time FitGiving Challenge. This 26 day experience challenges you with daily fitness & gratitude tasks, leading up to a virtual 5K on Thanksgiving.
