Aid Stations
Road Course
The 2 aid stations will be at approximately miles 2 and 4
- Station 1 will have water
- Station 2 will have water and Gatorade
Trail Course
There will be 3 aid stations on the course, spaced approximately every 2 miles.
- Station 1 will have water and Gatorade.
- Stations 2 and 3 will be stocked with the following items:
- Water
- Gatorade
- GU
- Trail mix
- M & M's
- Fruit gummies
- Cola and ginger ale
- Ice
