Road Course

• The 2 aid stations will be at approximately miles 2 and 4
• Station 1 will have water
• Station 2 will have water and Gatorade

Trail Course

• There will be 3 aid stations on the course.  They will be spaced approximately every 2 miles. 
• Staton 1 will have water and Gatorade.
• Stations 2 and 3 will be stocked with the following items:
  • Water
  • Gatorade
  • GU
  • Trail mix
  • M & M's 
  • Fruit gummies
  • Cola and ginger ale
  • Ice
  • Possibly pickles and pickle juice (TBD)
