Registration Instructions

1. How to register for UIS & TWAV’s C2C Distance Challenge (New Account Sign Up)
  • First visit the C2C Distance Challenge website - https://runsignup.com/Race/MA/Brookline/UISTWAVC2C
  • Then, in the top right-hand corner, click on “Sign Up”
  • Please click on "New Registrant" if you do not already have an account. This allows you to fill out the Registrant information.
  • Simply fill out the required fields, and an account will be created when you register.
  • Select the event that the registrant will be signing up for as well as any other required fields. (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK WHETHER YOU ARE SIGNING UP AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR A TEAM)
  • Team captains should be registering first and creating the team/team name, then teammates can register by selecting their specific team name once the team is established. Reminder teams are required to have 4 participants total (including captains) on each team.
  • You can click “Add Another Registrant” if you are registering multiple people on a single transaction, and you can repeat the process for each new registrant. Registration is free for everyone. You will have the option to donate to our organization upon registering if you so choose. 


2. Existing Run Sign Up Account
  • If you already have an account with RunSignUp, click Sign In and log into your account.
  • Next, go to the race page for C2C Distance Challenge - https://runsignup.com/Race/MA/Brookline/UISTWAVC2C  You can find races using our Find a Race search.
  • On the Race page, you will see a button “Sign Up” at the top of this page... click on this button to begin the registration process.
  • When Signing Up for a Race while logged on to RunSignUp, you will be prompted to the Select Registrant menu where you can quick fill registration for accounts already linked on your RunSignUp account.
  • This will allow registration to go faster, because you will be able to select registrants who are already on your account, their information will automatically be filled out.


3. Fundraising 
You will then be prompted to create an individual fundraising page. You will have the option to keep the default fundraiser description or write your own if you have a personal story tying you into the cause. You then can create your goal (the default individual goal is $250. Team captains will be able to repeat this same process for the team fundraising page (default goal is $1000/team).
