Each participant will need to hold a water jug in each hand with arms fully extended to their side for as long as possible.  A judge will determine if their arms drop too far or bend and eliminate them from the competition.  The judge will time the competition with the longest time recorded as the winner.  Longest time holding the water jug will be recorded in both male and female categories.  

RULES

• Participants must hold arms straight out to the side  
• Must hold by the handles  
• Arms can not drop or bend
• Water jugs must be filled to the fill line
• Spilling or pouring out of liquid in the water jug will cause disqualification
