We've combined two of our favorite things: SERVICE and RUNNING! Join us and your friend and family for the first annual Albion Uplift Run on Saturday, August 21 in our beautiful hometown, Holladay, UT.  Family friendly 5k and 10k routes are calling your name, and a service project, for runners and spectators to participate in will await you at the finish line.  Hungry? Lucky you! A pancake breakfast sponsored by local favorites, Kodiak Cakes and snacks from Harmons will be served to all the runners and available for a small donation (all proceeds to go to the Food Bank) to spectators and service project participants.

Albion Fit headquarters and roots are in Holladay, Utah below the Wasatch Mountains.  The running course is a 5k loop through the city center and tall shade trees starting and finishing at City Hall Park.  Choose a distance that is good for you. The 5k is one lap and 10k participants will do two laps around the 3-mile course.  The running race will feature accurate chip timing and scoring by Salt Lake Running Co. 

Bring the whole family. There is a large field and shade pavilion at the park and kids can enjoy one of the best playgrounds in the area while waiting to cheer on their runners at the finish line.  Non-runners and spectators may join the fun at the breakfast and service project or help out as a race volunteer. 

The service project will benefit the Utah Food Bank and  100% of race proceeds + breakfast proceeds will be donated to the Utah Food Bank. We are proud to join forces on this donation and service project with the Sister Goods charity,  supporting girls that struggle with 'Period Poverty'. In the U.S. alone, 1 in 4 women do not have access to period products. This results in girls missing critical developmental and economic opportunities. In fact, 1 in 4 U.S. teenage girls miss class due to period poverty. 

Each race participant will receive an exclusive Albion Fit top. Kids will get a one-size-fits-all tank while supplies last!

The top three women finishers will receive the following:
10K Prizes
First Place: $1,000 Albion Gift Card
Second Place: $500 Albion Gift Card
Third Place: $250 Albion Gift Card

5K Prizes
First Place: $500 Albion Gift Card
Second Place: $300 Albion Gift Card
Third Place: $150 Albion Gift Card

The top three men finishers will receive the following:
Prizes for both the 5K and 10K
First Place: $500 Albion Gift Card
Second Place: $300 Albion Gift Card
Third Place: $150 Albion Gift Card
