The race follows the beautiful Logan River Trail on an 8' wide concrete path with no elevation changes. A free yoga class will be held immediately after the race. FREE post-race yoga onsite!
The "Logan River Trail 10K & 5K" is Race 3 of 4 of the Sol Speak Yoga "Urban Trail Racing Series". Save $20 when you sign up for the full series.

Logan River Trail 5K Course Map
Due to the Logan River Flooding. We have slightly modified the course. Instead of going under 1000 West it will go around the south side of iFIT and about 2/3 mile past Rendezvous Park and turnaround just before the end of the trail.
