Rock the Canyon 10k

Registration closes 4pm Friday September 10th. If you miss online registration, you may register in person at Packet Pickup or before 7am on race morning.

Volunteers

If you wish to volunteer at our event, please email Colin at gillcolin4@gmail.com. 

We have a need for volunteers the weekend of the race (Thursday-Saturday) and many volunteer options leading up to the event over summer.  Volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt, breakfast, and handouts from sponsors. 

Race Day

Start Time: 7:30am

Location: Parking is available at Rock Canyon Park in Provo, UT. (2620 N 1200 E, Provo, UT 84604). There is overflow parking available at Rock Canyon Trailhead.  

Packet Pickup: details coming soon. 

Shirts: All 10k participants will receive a race shirt in their race packets. 

Medals: All finishers will receive a Rock the Canyon 10k finisher medal at the finish line. 

Awards: Cash prizes are given for the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers at the finish line (based on gun start). Age group awards are given to winners of the following divisions (both male and female):
