4PM to 7PM - Packet Pickup - GARDNER VILLAGE 1100 WEST 7800 SOUTH (SORRY WEST JORDAN FOR EARLY ONLY)
Saturday Dec 2, 2023 - Race Day @ Shops at Riverwoods 4801 N University Ave, Provo, UT
2:00PM to 3:00PM - Same Day Packet Pickup @ the Shops at Riverwoods at the Pavilion in the center of the shops.
3:30PM - Santas Line Up @ the Shops at Riverwoods at the Pavilion in the center of the shops.
4:00PM - Start @ the Shops at Riverwoods at the Pavilion in the center of the shops.
5:30PM - Sweep Course - If you are not at finish yet you will need to be on the final leg in. All racers need to be off the course by 60 minutes from start to allow the parade to start.
