2022 Memorial Day 30x30 Challenge

Welcome to Hope For The Warriors 2022 Memorial Day 30x30 Challenge.

This challenge was made to get YOU moving and inspire you to incorporate any type of physical activity for 30 days for a minimum of 30 minutes. Any activity counts. You can run, walk, hike, bike, swim, lift, HITT, whatever kind of movement that works for you, go for it! All physical activity minutes will be logged on this site so that you can track your progress throughout the challenge. Our goal is to support you in reaching your fitness goals and to honor and remember fallen service members that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our great nation. We will do this together by committing to the 30 days. We will share the names and stories of the fallen to motivate and to honor and remember. 


Registration for this event is free and simple, but you do have a few additional options.

  1. If you would like a 30x30 Challenge t-shirt to commemorate your commitment, you can order one during registration for $30.
  2. You can also "Sponsor a Warrior" for $30, allowing a service member or military family member to participate and obtain a challenge t-shirt.
  3. You can donate directly to Hope For The Warriors to assist our organization as we support the overall well-being for veterans, active duty service members and military families across the nation. 


Challenge Details: Log physical activity for 30 days for a minimum of 30 minutes each day. Any form of physical activity goes. Just ensure that you log activity here on Run Sign Up. Upon sign up, you will receive two emails per week from HOPE for the challenge. 


Types of emails you will receive throughout the challenge:

  • Mission Monday: These emails will motivate you to move! You will read stories from Hope For The Warriors clients, hear more about the mission of HOPE and view our tributes for Memorial Day.
  • Focus on You Fridays: These emails will contain information for participants to increase their overall well-being, consider it HOPE's well-being course. Information will focus on a few subjects to include: sleep hygiene, nutrition, goal setting and stress management.
