Mental Relief Fall 5K Walk/Run series (3 of 3)

Join us for our 2023 Mental Relief Fall 5K Walk/Run series; a seasonable charity event used to raise mental health awareness. Our goal is to also nourish the mind and spirit, maintain good cardiovascular health and network with other people in the community.

All three events of this series will be hybrid (On-Site and Virtual).  Any participant(s) able to make it to all three events will receive a free workout session and a gift card compliments of No Plateau Zone, LLC!
