Appomattox Hot Chocolate 5K

Celebrate Fall, fitness, and your love for hot chocolate with a 5k at Falling River Country Club golf course. All abilities are welcome. The first 140 finishers will receive a ceramic, FINISHER MUG. Post race, enjoy tasty treats AND hot chocolate! This event is organized by and benefits the Appomattox Country Chamber of Commerce.

REGISTRATION:  
$25.00 (Thru  - Nov. 1st) || $30.00 (Nov. 2nd - Nov. 15th) || Race Day (Nov. 16th) $35

PAPER REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT.  Registration fees are non-transferable & non-refundable. An entry can only be used for the person registered for the entry. Entries cannot be deferred to the following year or a future event.

T-Shirts:
A complimentary, long sleeve,  unisex, poly-blend, t-shirt is guaranteed to those registered no later than November 1st. (Youth S-L, Adult S - XXL)  Extra shirts will be available on an first-come basis at packet pickup and race day while supplies last.

Packet Pickup:
Saturday (November 16th) 8:00am - 8:45am, Falling River Country Club Clubhouse, 2140 Country Club Road, Appomattox, Virginia 24522. Yes, someone else can pick up your packet for you.

AWARDS:  
Top 2 Overall M/F, Top 2 in each age group 12& Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & older

TEAM COMPETITION:
A team consists of no less than 4 participants, ranked on the best 3 times. The top 2 teams will be recognized.

FINISHER AWARD:
The first 140 finishers will receive a commemorative Hot Chocolate 5k ceramic mug.

CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE AND MORE CHOCOLATE!  We will have world-famous, Appomattox hot chocolate at the finish as well as a selection of tasty, sweet treats!

COURSE:  
Start / Finish for the 5k is near the Falling River Country Club Pro Shop and is a mix of cart paths and grass on the golf course.
