ABOUT MAREN

Maren began exhibiting concerning symptoms shortly after birth, leading to years invasive testing. At the age of four, with the help of NIH’s Undiagnosed Diseases Network, she was diagnosed with a CACNA1A gene variant. While receiving a diagnosis brought some relief, it did not come with treatment options or a cure.
