Description
Join dozens of other like-minded guys in taking your first steps towards a lifestyle of health with The Bill Steers Men's Four Miler Training Program. Hosted and professionally supervised by the Charlottesville Track Club and the Urology Department at UVa, the program will meet every Saturday morning from August 17-September 28, at 7:30 at The Park or UVA Track.
Each week will start off with a brief and informative lecture on men's health, shared by a variety of wonderful medical experts from UVa. Then you will be grouped with males of similar ability, as you safely embark on your personal journey to healthy living, with the first goal of making it to the finish line of The Bill Steers Men's Four Miler run/walk event on October 5th.
The program is FREE and is open to males of all ages, from kids to great grandparents, as it's never too early or too late to start!
