Run for Yeards

Yeardley Love was a member of both UVA Kappa Alpha Theta and women's lacrosse team at the University of Virginia. During her time at UVA she was tragically killed in a domestic violence incident and so each year UVA's Kappa Alpha Theta hosts this 5K event to honor both her memory the One Love Foundation (which was created in Yeardley's memory). Run for Yeards is a fundraising 5K event in Charlottesville, Virginia to cause awareness and support for the One Love Foundation.
