Splash For a Cure 5K is a family-friendly run/walk that ends with a jump in a pool at ACAC Adventure Central! This event kicks off with a 5K in the morning, and waterpark fun to follow! All proceeds from the event go towards helping local families with a child fighting cancer.
After the race, enjoy delicious food, music, activities, or just lounge around by the pool. There will also be a raffle with some amazing prizes, including a ONE YEAR FAMILY MEMBERSHIP TO ACAC!
Not interested in the 5k? No problem! You can purchase a waterpark only pass.
In addition to their main pool, ACAC Adventure Central also features a water slide and kiddie pool with all the gadgets, slides, and fun for the little ones.
The Ishan Gala Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit with a mission of "Changing the Future for Children with Cancer". We were founded by Mayank and Sejal Gala after the loss of their 2 year old son, Ishan, to neuroblastoma in 2009. IGF's mission to be present in lives of children fighing cancer and their families to improve their quality of life during and after treatment.
We accomplish this through various programs focused on easing financial stress, celebrating milestones in their lives, comforting during the bad days, and bringing moments of joy and fun into their lives during this extremely long, tough journey.
From something as simple as delivering a smile to taking care of a month of bills …we are there for our families.
