Description
Come join us on Tuesday, July 6 at the Curtis Elder Track at Charlottesville High School to celebrate the extraordinary life of our dear longtime friend, Dave Murphy, who helped as a timing volunteer at over 1,200 local races over a 45 year period. “The Murphy Mile” will be run in memory of this truly wonderful man and all donations will benefit our neighbors at Charlottesville High School.
Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated and will help with future improvements to the Charlottesville High School Track.
The Murphy Mile will take place at 6:30 p.m. during the Charlottesville Track Club's All-Comers Summer Track Meet.
