Locations: Dismal Swamp Canal Trail — Rest stop at Mile Post 4, Chesapeake.

Distance Options:

• 10k (6.2 mi)
• 20k (12.4 mi) — Strider Grand Prix Race
• 30k (18.6 mi ) — Strider Grand Prix Race

Directions to Start: 

Dismal Swamp Canal Trail: Old Route 17 and George Washington Hwy, Chesapeake, VA 23323 just off Rt 17. GPS tracking is Rest Stop at Mile Post 4, Chesapeake, VA. 

After Race Party:

Location: Tap It Local—648 Grassfield Pkwy Chesapeake 23323

*Just 3 1/2 miles from the start/finish line in the Wal-Mart shopping center

Course Information

Course runs on the beautiful Dismal Swamp Canal Trail.

Start and Finish at the Rest Stop at Mile Post 4 in Chesapeake, VA.

Runners will run out & back along the trail:

• 10k Participants will go out to the 5K turnaround (3.1 miles) and return to the finish line. 
• 20k Participants will go out to the 10K turnaround (6.2 miles) and return to the finish line.
• 30k Participants will go out to the 10K turnaround (6.2 miles) and return to the finish line, then after crossing the timing mats will go back out to the 5k turnaround and return to the finish line completing the 30K.

Finish Line Closure Information:
Based on a 15 minute per mile and will close at 1:15 pm.
