Ready-Set-GLOW! Please join PATH Recreation & Fitness Center in our birthday celebration - 1 YEAR! Our celebration includes a 5K run/walk on a paved outdoor course, a Kids' Dash outdoors for the littles, and an indoor Walk 5K class. This celebration is for the entire family! We'll have glow goodies to share, but feel free to bring your own glowy accessories, too! After the run, please join us for an after-party with snacks and additional festivities inside the recreation center. Open to the public!
More on Indoor Walk 5K: Walk 5K in the rec center is a high-energy, low-impact experience for all fitness levels to enjoy at their own pace. The sequence of moves may include cha cha, grape-vining, marching & much more, paired with fun and energizing music. Guided by fitness instructor Sharon Steele, you’ll get your 5K (3.1 miles) of steps in before you know it!

RULES, REGS & OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
Day of race packet pick up at PRFC begins at 9 am on the 24th.
Registration fees are non-transferable & non-refundable. An entry can only be used for the person registered for that entry. Entries cannot be deferred to the following year or a future event. If the event is cancelled due to weather, credits and gift cards for the value of registration will be issued.
Parking: Parking areas will be identified soon.
Course: Course is a horseshoe loop on Crossroad Parkway and Industrial Road.
Hydration: There will be a water station at the cul-de-sac on Crossroad Parkway.
Timing: Participants are welcome to track their own times; professional timing will not be available.
Refreshments: A variety of refreshments will be available after the race inside PATH Recreation & Fitness Center.
Shirts: Adult and youth sizes will be available. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrations made by March 7. Additional shirts may be available on a first come, first served basis. Thank you to our race shirt provider, Kash Imprints!
Strollers: For everyone’s safety, we ask that all participants with strollers line up at the back of the race group.
Pets: NO pets are allowed.
No bikes, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards or other types of recreational transportation are allowed.
