Description
A downhill, point to point, 10 kilometer race on the beautiful Virginia Creeper Trail. Starts at the Taylors Valley trailhead and runs down to the finish line at the Creeper Trail Cottages in Damascus. Shuttles, provided by Sundog Outfitter/Adventure Damascus, will leave from the Damascus Public Library at 7:30am. Race will start promptly at 8:30am. Post race festivities and awards ceremony will follow at the Creeper Trail Cottages. Chronotrack chip timing will be provided by the State of Franklin Track Club. Proceeds benefit the Creeper Trail Conservancy.
