Coaches for a Cause

WE WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT THIS RACE IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF SERVICE DOGS.  PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG ON RACE DAY!!!

The race will have a 5k run, 5k walk, and 1 mile fun run developed by LifeWorks Plus Coaches.  As LifeWorks Plus Coaches we are adamant about instilling health and fitness into our community. This race was designed to support the Saint Francis Service Dogs, a non profit organization that trains service dogs. These special dogs are placed in homes and businesses in the Commonwealth of Virginia, to impact and assist children and adults with disabilities.   We will be awarding trophies to the top 3 males and top 3 females! 

If you are unable to attend the event and would like to make a donation before the event or on race day, we will be graciously accepting donations of any sort and amount.  If a monetary donation is not how you wish to contribute, Saint Francis Service Dogs also accepts a variety of dogs toys and other dog affiliated items which can be found at http://www.saintfrancisdogs.org/wishlist.html .  Please contact Alison Ragsdale at 434-203-9168.
