Description
Celebrate the holidays and fitness with your friends at the Annual Farmville Jingle Bell 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk. Your entry includes a fast, flat course in the neighborhood surrounding First Avenue Field, awards to our category winners, a race t-shirt, and post-race treats to eat. This event is presented by the Town of Farmville Parks & Recreation Department. This event's traditional start/finish line is at First Avenue Field.
REGISTRATION:
5k $25 ($30 Dec. 13th - Packet Pickup & Race Day Dec. 14th)
Mile Fun Run/Walk: $20 ($25 Dec. 13th - Packet Pickup & Race Day Dec. 14th)
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
T-SHIRTS:
Short-sleeve, race, t-shirts guaranteed to those registered by December 2nd, 2024
AWARDS:
5K Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall male & female finishers and the top male & female finishers in each age category that participated in the 5K. Categories for men and women include: 12 & under, 13-18, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60 & over.
There are no awards for the Mile Fun Run.

Course Information
5K Course:
The 5K begins at First Avenue field, and follows a mostly flat course with moderate hills through Farmville’s Historic Avenues. The run will finish back at First Avenue field at the start/finish line. Timing and scoring of the 5K run will be provided.
Mile Fun Run/Walk Course:
The mile fun/run walk will begin at the First Avenue field and each participant will follow a mostly flat course through Farmville’s Historic Avenues. The walk will finish back at First Avenue Field at the start/finish line.
5K/Mile entry fees are non-refundable.
