The Fredericksburg Area Running Club has partnered with the Fredericksburg Police Department to bring a 2-hour self defense class to our FARC members, to help ensure we stay safe while running!
WHEN: Saturday, April 20th, 11am - 1pm

COST: Free!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Men, women, boys, and girls, 13 years and up. Due to the mature content covered in class, the minimum age to attend is 13.
WHAT TO WEAR: Come dressed in whatever you would wear to the gym or for a run
