Description
The FRDM Church of Stafford Virginia is hosting a 5K to support the work of Family of Christ USA. Their goal is focused on helping the people of Ukraine in humanitarian aid relief. This ministry works to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of the Ukrainian people.
If you can't join us in person on May 6th, you can run this race virtually! Choose your time and location and run or walk the 5K distance between May 6-13! You can submit your time here.

The race and packet pick up will be held at Pratt Park - 120 River Road.

Race Day Information
Packet Pickup
T-Shirts pickup and bib assignment will be available on the day of the event prior to the start of the race. We recommend arriving at least one hour before the event start time to check-in.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the building adjacent to the parking lot.
Water Station
There will be one water station located on the course, and water will be provided at the end of the race as well.
