Welcome to the FALL 2026 Fit 5 Season!

Fit 5 Runners is a youth running program founded and led by certified educators and USATF-certified track coaches. Our goal is to build confidence, athletic skills, and a love for running in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.

Practice Location:
Gainesville Middle School Track

Session Times (choose one):
• 9:15 AM
• 10:20 AM

Scheduled Dates:
September: 12, 19, 26
October: 3, 10, 17, 24

Most Saturdays will be practice-focused and include running drills, skill development, games, and instruction centered around our five core standards.

Race Days:
September 26
October 24

In the event of rain or severe weather, we will make every effort to provide a makeup session when possible; however, makeup sessions are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

This program is open to children ages 4–10. At this time, we are unable to accept children under age 4. If a child under age 4 is registered, registration fees will be refunded minus applicable registration/processing fees.

To help create a positive experience for all participants, Fit 5 Runners reserves the right to communicate with families and determine if the program is the right fit for an athlete. Our priority is to maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where every runner can grow, learn, and succeed.
