Description
The inaugural Shea Kin for a Cure 5K is a virtual 5K event. Yes that's right you do not need to wake up at 7 AM some random day and come run a course we design. Anytime in the month of May you can walk, jog, run, hop, skip, ... a 5K distance and be part of our race. After you have completed your 5K you can email us finisher names and times and we will create some results.
All participants will receive a really cool medal. We will get an image up on the Facebook event page soon but trust me, it will be awesome.
The proceeds from this race will benefit the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research. You will be helping Alanna Shea with her fund raising for her New York City Marathon run and Kevin Shea for his fundraising because he liked the MVP dinner this year and wants to return next year.
