Description
- The 5K Run will begin at 9am and runners will have a marked course along the
Virginia Capital Trail. - The Advocacy Walk will start at 9:45am. Advocacy Walkers will use the same
route on the Virginia Capital Trail as the runners. Walkers may walk any
distance they feel comfortable and then turn around at any time to return to the
Family Festival. - The ½ Mile Kids Run will start at 11am and will be 1-lap around the Lake.
