Adult & Youth Regency Mile Run

Hosted by The Live Red Foundation, the Regency Mile continues to be the largest timed youth and adult road race in Richmond with both in-person and virtual race options. The course is entirely closed to traffic and encircles Regency Square Mall.

The whole family can participate with a kid’s mile, parent’s mile, and a 400m race for ages 5 & under.

School Participation: As part of the Regency Mile, cash awards are given to area schools to help with their Physical Education programs, and each year, the competition is fierce! Your school can win based on participation, and the following awards will be given this year. The Top 5 schools who have the largest number of runners in the will be awarded prizes:

• 1st – $600
• 2nd – $500
• 3rd – $400
• 4th – $300
• 5th – $200

Mission: The Live Red Foundation is a 501c3 corporation that was founded to offer free fitness programs, which teach 8 core life skills, to youth in low-opportunity communities. The proceeds from this event will go to directly to producing those FREE fitness programs.

Fun Fall Festival: After the race, make sure to stick around and enjoy our Fall Festival complete with costume contests, candy, games, and more.  All participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes after your race to win prizes.
