Join the Full Circle Grief Center community as an individual or group to walk/run in honor of a loved one.
LOCATION UPDATE: Since the forecast is calling for heavy rain & high winds this Saturday, we are relocating the in-person community gathering from Deep Run Park to Full Circle Grief Center (10611 Patterson Ave, Suite 201, Richmond, VA 23238). We encourage all virtual participants and in-person participants to run or walk any time throughout the weekend at a location that is meaningful to you.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
-To join the event in person, meet us at Full Circle Grief Center for remembrance activities, a program and community (schedule below).
-Choose a mileage or time that's meaningful to your loved one such as a birthday, anniversary, or due date.
-Sign up as an individual or as part of a group, and ask others for support by making a donation.
IN-PERSON SCHEDULE:
10 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Activities and Refreshments will be available
10-10:45 a.m. - Yoga Practice (Exclusive for VIP Ticket Holders) - please arrive at/by 9:45 a.m.
11-11:30 a.m. - Community Gathering for a few words and a Collective Remembrance Activity - please arrive at/by 10:45 a.m.
Any Time - Walk or run at any location to honor your loved one, either as an individual or with a group

Questions?Miles in Memory Walk/Run Proceeds
Funds raised through registrations and donations during our Miles in Memory Remembrance Walk/Run are used to fund our ongoing grief support groups that are offered to our community at no charge. These include: Overdose and Substance Use-Related Loss, Perinatal Loss, Suicide Loss, and Hands on Healing Family groups. We also host monthly Conversations About Grief, Pregnancy After Perinatal Loss, Parenting After Perinatal Loss, and Journeying Through Grief.
$950 supports one adult through an 8-week loss specific grief group (Overdose and Substance Use-Related Loss, Perinatal Loss, Suicide Loss)
$550 supports one child through our 8-week Hands on Healing family group
$250 supports clinical case management and follow up with one participant for at least 18 months after the group ends
$150 funds a monthly Journeying Through Grief workshop led by a licensed professional
