Description
We cordially invite you to participate as a sponsor of the all-inclusive Responders Race. This event will help raise money for local first responders with the goal of increasing community engagement in healthy activities for the Smith Mountain Lake Region. The goal of this event is to connect and serve our local communities, and to provide a means of awareness to the impact of 9/11 on our country. The event will be held Saturday September 11th located in Bedford County, VA. The 5k will kick off at 9:00 a.m. followed by the 1 miler at 9:15 a.m. This race welcomes all athletes including those with profound disabilities. Awards will be given for top qualifiers.
