LHS Cheer Conquer the Bowl

This race will be run on the Cross Country Course inside Cumberland Bowl Park.  The course has a distance of 5000 meters and has a mixture of grass, packed gravel trail, and pavement surfaces.  There is also a mixture of uphill and downhill running that helps to provide a great challenge for competitive runners.
