Bionik 5K
On July 9th, 2016, Bio Crossfit of King George will be hosting their first off road 5k!
Any proceeds will be donated to the family of Emma Ray, a rising 1st grader at King
George Elementary School who has been diagnosed with Leukemia. Sign Up before June
24th to receive race swag!
Registration Fee : $30.00
Pre-Race Packet Pickup - July 8th, 2016 5-8 p.m. at Bio Crossfit - 9305 Kings Hwy, Ste D, King George,VA 22485
Race Start time : 8:00AM
There will be race day packet pick up/registration 7-7:45 a.m. race morning.
Runners who register after June 24th will not recieve a race shirt.

Course Map
The Red bubble is your start and finish!
- From start follow the Blue line that cuts through the two baseball/softball fields and enter wooded area.
- Follow the first loop and exit the woods and follow left side of the softball field and continue onto the baseball paved walkway (towards the red bubble)
- Enter woods and complete the out and back trail.
You will turn around when you exit the woods and see another baseball field. There will be a turn around cone (Green bubble), We will also have a water stop for you at this point!
YOU MUST THROW ALL TRASH INTO A TRASH CAN - LEAVE NO FOOTPRINTS
BEHIND POLICY!
Once you exit the woods, you will do the entire first loop backwards, following the outside of the softball field, into the woods, and exiting to the finish line
The trails are WELL maintained, provide PLENTY of shade! You will follow the arrows that we put out for the first loop, and then the rest of the trails are marked with a blue post with a yellow arrow.
Mile 1 and 3 will be nice and flat - Mile 2 will give a challenge!
